| Wow I am totally hooked on this story. I was sad to see the chapter end. I am trying to remember all of the "clues" that have been left and use them to formulate - - something. | Unless it's a story about chickens, you spelled the wrong foul in your title. Fowl means a chicken or duck etc. Foul is for deeply unpleasant, disgusting, and offensive. I haven't read your story yet. I hope the title hasn't scared me off. Author's Response: While this is not a story about chickens, I can assure you that I know the difference between "fowl" and "foul", and the spelling was chosen on purpose. I hope you'll give the story a try in spite of the title. | |||

| Really, you evil author, that was a big cliff-hanger! but seriously I am really enjoying this. It feels like a classic mystery novel and I love the idea of them all being linked to the Black money....please update soon! Author's Response: Hopefully I won't leave you hanging long. My intention is to update within the next week or so. That classic mystery novel was exactly the tone I was going for in this story, so I'm glad it's working for you so far. | |||

| This is like an Agatha Christie novel: you gather up the usual suspects and have them spend an extended garden party together at a suspect estate. I also particularly loved how all the purebloods seem to be related to the Black family. It's a small wizarding world. ;) Author's Response: Agatha Christie was the style I was going for since the prompter for this story had requested a typical English mystery... or something like that. I can remember the first time I saw the Black family tree of JKR's website, my thought was also that the wizarding world was quite small and interrelated. The family tree for this story is based on JKR's with a few additions where she was silent on the subject. | |||
