| This has been incredibly action-filled story so far, with wonderful interludes of reevaluation on both Hermione's & Severus's part. I do wonder what's going on with Ron & Harry in the Forest of Dean (and how they know that's where they are and how the heck they believe they got there, given that they're still blaming Snape). | Marring Lucius' good looks wasn't the worst thing Severus could have done to him, but it was effective in the short run. Even though his nose can be healed magically, it will probably never be the same. I'm glad he killed Alecto. Too bad he couldn't have taken Amycusout as well. Author's Response: I agree, it wasn’t the worst thing that could have happened to him but it will certainly have an impact on him for the rest of the story. Lucius is extremely self centered but as seen with this chapter, he folds when pressured enough. Thanks for the review! | |||

| I actually gasped aloud when Hermione was grabbed by Alecto. What a tight corner to have been in--I do hope Snape is able to save Hermione from the curse on that blade. Good chapter! | O. M. G! What an exciting chapter! The most exciting by far! That small battle was brilliant! But poor Hermione! Did he get the sword too? Or will Harry and Ron have to get it like he did in the CoS and it will come to him when he needs it most? OMG woman, so many questions and leaving us with such a cliffee is just EVIL!!! Author's Response: You made my day when I read your comment. In this story, they have already found and destroyed the locket, so a certain character has the sword on their person.
