WONDERFUL STORY HERE, JUST GRABBED ME AND WON'T LET GO (PERIOD!). KEEP 'EM COMING, LOOK FORWARD TO THE NEXT ADDITION(S)...JIMBO

Author's Response: Thank you for reading it, Jimbo! It thrills me to know how much you are enjoying it. I usually try to post a new chapter once a week, so be on the lookout for the latest. Also, thanks for taking the time to review. I really appreciate it when readers give me feedback because it gives me a chance to communicate with the people who read my story. That is important to me!

Great. My computer just lost my well-crafted sentences admiring your most recent chapter. Suffice it to say, I'm glad Harry had to face the truth. I loved the irony of the lines: "Hell, even Snape seemed more broken about it than he did. Harry had trusted Dumbledore unconditionally. He had defended him anytime someone spoke a word against him. He had always known that if there was anyone that would protect him at all costs, it was Albus Dumbledore. But now he knew the truth. He had heard Snape say it. Harry had been raised like a pig for slaughter. He was just a pawn in Dumbledore’s game. Snape was right. This part did hurt." Excellent chapter. Thanks for all your hard work. This review isn't as well done as the one I lost, since I'm afraid this one will be, too. If it's not, at least you get the "10" and this one!

Author's Response: I think this comment is just fantastic! Thanks for the ‘10’. I know those are hard to come by and I am thrilled to have received one. Thank, Jong_Kahn, for reading and reviewing. I know I can count on you to give me honest feedback. I like to get feedback for the chapters because it allows me to see how people interpret what I write. I’m glad you picked up on the irony of those lines. They were extremely telling despite being so simple. Again, thanks for reading and I hope you enjoy the next chapter; it’s almost ready for posting (I don’t have a beta, so when I revise and review this story, I go over it with a fine-toothed comb and it takes a while).

Excellent chapter! Glad I was out of town, since now I have another one to read--yay!

Author's Response: So, happy you like it! I was very happy to see your reviews this morning because I hadn’t heard from you in a while. Thanks for the review and I hope you are not disappointed with the chapters to come.

"Womanly charms"? I'd say Severus has been doing a lot of looking and thinking lately. ^_^

Author's Response: You got that right, MsTree! In my mind, Severus is very reserved and observant but he is also a man in every sense of the word. With that being said, of course he looks. In fact, Snape very good at looking because he can usually pick up on things others fail to notice. Severus is about to drag Hermione from her shell, and unbeknownst to both of them, the consequences will be more than the two of them expected.

I'm wondering what Severus had to 'collect' to help with Hermione's 'research' - sleazy clothes ? So many things could go wrong with that plan . If I was Hermione I'd suggest that Severus vamp Lestrange himself, using polyjuice.

Author's Response: That would be hilarious to see Severus Snape parading around as a scantily clad Hermione Granger, trying to seduce Death Eater. As you mentioned, several things could go very wrong with the plan he suggested, but just how bad it goes is really the question to ask. I think you will be pleasantly surprised by the next chapter. Thanks for reading and for reviewing. Your thoughts are greatly appreciated!

I must admit, I'm a bit nervous about her using her womanly charms (which she doesn't think she has and which Severus has, apparently, noticed) on Lestrange. I hope that doesn't backfire. I'm also worried about the "trace" that Dolohov is using. I'm really scared for all of them. I can't wait for more chapters so that I can stop worrying (or worry more). Thanks for the update! You're awesome!

Author's Response: Severus Snape is an observant man, so he sees what other people fail to see in themselves. I am so glad you picked up on the thing going on with Dolohov. Keep this thought in mind because whatever it is he is doing will be a major thing in the chapters to come. Let me just say this, you have good reason to be scared for them, because there is no light at the end of the tunnel at this point. They still have a long way to go and a whole lot of people to get through in order to do what they have to do. One good thing comes from this, though. Our favorite paring is starting to see each other in a much different light, and the tribulations they face will help them take that leap of faith. A special thanks to you, Jen, for reading and for reviewing. Next chapter is almost up!

Wonderful dialogue. So emotional.

Author's Response: Thank you so much. That was what I was going for. The dialogue between them was very important for that chapter because it shows how out of sorts Dumbledore left everything. Harry, Ron and Hermione had absolutely no idea where to look. Snape was just as clueless. Once the four of them had a little chat, they find out they have all been deceived and that the plan was actually much larger than they had anticipated. It is quite a stressful thing for all of them, not to mention equally stressful for me to write it. But I was happy in the end and I am pleased to see that you felt the same. Thanks for reading and, as always, I know I can count on you to give me feedback for the chapters.
