Severus stood and stared. He must have been practicing nagging all week to get this sort of a response.
Before Severus could think on it, Ron had knocked over the table to sweep her into his arms. Tears were streaming down his face as he clung to her.
"Well, that was enlightening," Severus said as he righted the room with a wave of his wand. |

| Why did she say Magick if she doesn’t know magick exists? She turned to the now relatively familiar man. “The first day we met, you said I looked just like your wife. You were right.” She hedged. She was fairly overwhelmed and maybe not feeling ready for any more 'truths'.
“I have come to believe you are my wife and that she’s locked inside your mind.”
“And how do you plan to get her out? Magic?” she snorted.
“Precisely.”
Their eyes met, and he looked perfectly serious. |

| I love this story. I love the way Gretchen's personality is played out. I kept waiting for Hermione to come out, but I came to enjoy Gretchen's character and her way of thinking and processing what was happening around her. I can't wait for more chapters. |

| This continues to be a wonderful story. I really liked that after Hermione's getting her head straight (I'm somehow assuming that that is what washing the runes from her staff means), she feels like Gretchen. It isn't that she's lost Gretchen, she's simply integrated her with Hermione. I look forward to seeing how this plays out. |

| Brilliant chapter, to see her anger unleashed towards Rita was great. That journalist is more of a rat than a beetle in my opinion. I like seeing her get her new wand. And I hope she's ready for the journey ahead. |

| Wow, what an amazing chapter! When Hermione broke through and was talking to Neville I started to cry. There was something so raw and beautiful about that moment. Then the scene at the end with Severus and "Urchin" talking was so perfect. Great job! |
