| I like your ideas about viewer perception impacting physical characteristics in the legilimency scene. It gives one likely reason for why pensieves do not seem to be used for evidence in Wizengamot trials. Thanks for the update! Looking forward to everything coming to a head! Author's Response: Thank you! It seems likely that Severus would view Hermione in that way, so that's what she sees when she reads his mind. I took the idea from Trudi Canavan's 'Black Magician' trilogy. I have used a Pensieve as evidence in a trial in my other Ashwinder, though, so I might have shot myself in the foot there! It will all come to a head next chapter. | |||
