I've been reading this story and I like it a lot! Hope you continue it soon.-

Author's Response: Oh, thank you so much! I'm excited by the response I'm getting to this :)

Woot, Nee. I've been checking regularly for the next chapter and was starting to get a little antsy. ROFL at the majority of postal workers being Squibs. Hermoine's letter and Snape's reaction to it was very moving. Wanting more.

Author's Response: It's on it's way - just tweaking it. Glad you're reading!

Tone-perfect, as someone else noted. Real emotion without hammering it over the head. I love subtle story telling and I look forward to reading more about Hermione's emotional evolution. By the way, your attention to detail -- without ever resorting to the school of "mahogany tresses" lol -- is wonderful.

Author's Response: lol... lead me not down a cliche-strewn path... please! I prefer to say it as it is.

The tone and timbre of this chapter was spot on. It clearly illustrated the feelings and emotion of both Hermione and Severus. Sad and tender, yet with a bit of hope. I am so glad that Minerva wrote to Severus and told him of her fears about Hermione. Trying to come to terms of all she had done and witnessed in the war is slowly bringing her down, and now she is devastated by her treatment of him that day at Hill Cottage. The note she sent him with her apology for the way she had treated him tugged at his heart– and mine. I hope he will go see her in the not too distant future. Perhaps he will catch her working in her overgrown garden and he will decide to help her. He thinks he needs to exercise a bit more anyway, and this could be a lovely way to go about doing that and mending fences. I'm looking forward to your next update! Beth

Author's Response: Thank you Beth. I think they both have deep wounds. Wether they can heal them together remains to be seen I imagine.

This is really lovely! Just them pottering about their business, but it really sets up a nice mood. Love Severus' 'goooooaaaaallllll' moment (you know that's what he was shouting in his head). And Hermione's wine and chocolate treatment - wine has fruit in it and chocolate is dairy, so that's perfectly alright. Although I almost wish the badger did go "Oi! Your outfit doesn't match" so Hermione could reply "So's your face".

Author's Response: lol.. I did think I should have made him magical, you know. He would have introduced himself as Phil, naturally. And the goal moment - yes. Well, I do think he wears invisible pants outside his trousers, and every man needs his moment of super-hero prowess, I think. Bless 'em!

Excellent! So, I wonder how long it will take Snape to call on Hermione...hmmm? I look forward to reading your next chapter!

Author's Response: It won't be long - and it won't be what he's expecting either! Thanks for reading x
