Reviews for Shattered

Jesus, what a sad story. I pray you wrote it so well based on sensitivity and a vivid imagination. Ten points seems inadequate, but they'll have to do. Thank you.

I really hope you continue this because it's very moving and very powerful. I cried the ENTIRE time. A lot of kids go through Hermione's exact emotions in this story, except they don't have anyone to be their "savior". So... CONTINUE AND I'LL GIVE YOU A VIRTUAL COOKIE!!!!

Author's Response: Thanks for the review. It definitely will be continued.~Raven

Is there more or is this a one shot? I hope that other than petrifying Mr. Granger that Snape can somehow help Hermione to heal? Quite a moving story.

Author's Response: Definitely more than a one shot. I'm hoping to make this a realistic healing of someone who's been through a traumatic past. We'll have to see where the characters go by themselves, although, I have to say, I'm definitely one for happy endings. The second chapter is up on ff.net, just not here. I need to get a beta-beat. Haha. Thanks for the review, they're definitely a fix I need.

This chapter was riveting and I am looking forward to reading more. Very well handled.

Author's Response: Thanks for the review, first of all. I'm very glad that everyone thought I'd handled it well. I hope to keep you riveted!~Raven

A powerful first chapter and a very difficult subject to approach. I thought your matter of fact presentation heightened the horror of it. It will be very interesting to read the rest of the story.

Author's Response: A friend of mine had gone through a traumatic experience, no this mind you (I'd be in jail), that she told matter of fact. I've had moments where I'm just numb, and it feels like life isn't the reality. I thought it only fitting that she be the same way facing something that most of us only imagine in our darkest nightmares.

Well written and in character. Hermione's reactions are believable and moving, I hope you will continue.

Author's Response: I'm going to continue, the second chapter is already up on ff.net, but I'm going through it to catch any errors that I missed so it'll be approved. Thanks for the review, and I'm glad that I've stayed within the believable aspect.~Raven

Wooow. Wow, wow, wow. I am stunned. Speechless. I'll be completely forthright - the success of this story lies completely with you. This could either be a very good (not "light" good, obviously, but intriguing and stimulating), or crash and burn with but a couple of words. As long as you have that in mind, I think you'll pull this off smashingly. I will definately be keeping my eye out for updates on this story. Good luck! I don't envy being in your shoes, my friend.

Author's Response: I'm very very nervous about that aspect! (Not being able to maintain the calibre needed. I hope I can meet up with the expectations! The second chapter should be up here eventually. I'm just going through it to try and catch the errors. Thanks for the luck, I think I'll need it!~Raven
