Reviews for Conversations Through an Empty Frame

I knew I'd read this before when they turned out to be in Iceland--and I remembered having noted my disbelief in an old review. Problem with Apparating there is, one can only Apparate to a place one has been before, and that doesn't appear to be the case here, or Hermione would have recalled it. Still giving you another "10" because all the rest is so well written. |

Excellent start. I love stories that fill in the wide blank areas that JKR left. Thank God for 'Random'--I've found more good stories that way. |

Very interesting plot twists/changes from the book. I'm all for mature ratings in a story (I love them!) but there was FAR too much Ron/Harry and not nearly enough Severus/Hermoine for this being on a S/H site. |

Hey, this is a Snape/Hermoine story! Why are we getting all graphic about Ron and Harry and just a ickle bit with H/S at the end of this chapter.
Like the story but this chapter was a bit disappointing. |

“Oh, something about a wand,” Phineas said, waving his hand dismissively. “Dumbledore tried to explain it but you know how he is. The man does tend to be long-winded.” --- HAHAHAHAHA |

I have to say, not only do I not understand the Elder Wand, do not want to understand the Elder Wand, I cannot even acknowledge that that plot line exists. My eyes glaze over as soon as I even SEE the words "elder wand" and the whole out-of-the-blue plotline. LOL. But I appreciate your trying. Can't wait for the last chapter. |

I like the chapter though generally I'm not interested in slash. Glossing over that, the emotional interaction is very compelling. I'm curious about Bill accepting the Ron/Harry relationship so well, but if you had explored that it would have taken away from the main story too much. So I'm cool with not knowing. It makes sense that she could go back to Snape without much drama, since they/he sensibly kept their last parting drama/emotion free. |
