| Thank you for reposting here and the additional footnotes. I’ve read it a few times (not as often as your more gentle works, the graphic gore is a bit much for me) and I appreciate this work for two reasons: it is faster paced than your longer works, as a murder mystery should be, and your version of Dumbledore is much more manipulative in this story. If any constructive criticism is desired (this was written many years ago so maybe not) it’s that I would have liked to see Neville’s motives hinted at earlier in the tale since they are complex and needed a bit more exposition for this reader.
