LadyJaneGrey 2007.06.13 - 09:30AM 4: Part Four Signed [Delete] Very nice indeed, I especially liked how you used a non linear story line, made it way more interesting, Really nice ideas too, v. original plot. Thanks very very much for sharing!

swtcaro93 2007.06.13 - 09:22AM 4: Part Four Signed [Delete] I loved this fic. But I'm really curious: how did Hermione keep from telling what happened while under Veritaserum?

Author's Response: I'm so glad you enjoyed. Another reader left a review and explained how I managed to make Hermione 'lie' while under the Veritaserum. Kingsley is an Order member and as the Interrogator, he phrased the questions in such a way that Hermione could answer withhout revealing her part in Severus's escape. I'm glad you enjoyed the story. Thanks for reading.

Maddie 2007.06.13 - 01:23AM 4: Part Four Signed [Delete] I was impressed with the thought and detail that went into Severus's post battle plans. Also the agony he went through knowing what his task would be and watching his mentor dying before his eyes. This type of senario makes perfect sense to me. I am clinging to the idea that he is the ultimate misunderstood good guy. I especially like the idea that he is able to choose a career that he enjoys and he is eventually joined by his love.

Author's Response: He did turn out to be the ultimate good guy, didn't he? I'm just so sorry that Jo felt the need to kill him off rather than allow him to at least try to find happiness. He had more than redeemed himself, and I feel that his death served no purpose at all. I doubt that I will ever be able to write a DH compliant story. Severus Snape will always survive in my stories! Thanks for reading and reviewing.

raj 2007.06.13 - 01:06AM 4: Part Four Signed [Delete] Wow, fantastic story. The back-and-forth through time aspect was very well-written and therefore not the least bit confusing. In fact, I think the story was enhanced by it, as it created not one but two story-lines in which to develop drama and tension. I also really liked having an 'alternate' villain in Scrimgeour. Voldemort makes a great bad guy, but I like when the solution to a problem isn't simply to kill the nasty bugger. Lovely work!

Author's Response: As soon as I started plotting out this story, I knew that this was the way I had to present it. I'm glad you appreciated it. Thanks for reading and for taking the time to leave a comment.
