| I agree with Firewall's review: Hermione seems so lost. This is a painful trade-off, saving Severus - who really is more suitable to her intellectually - while losing Harry and Ron, and her mum and dad. But I'm enjoying the story immensely. | I like this, especially in light of DH. Of course this was posted before the publication, but that's partly what makes it so refreshing - it is untainted by the horrors of That Book. Severus is able to be kind when he wants to be, in this Post Voldemort world, as we always hoped he might. Good chapter. Reading on... Author's Response: I'm in the midst of posting another fic that takes DH into consideration, but still makes the horrible events of the book better. :-) Anyway, I'm glad this particular fic has diverted your attention away from the bad things that occurred in DH. :-) | |||

| That was amazing! I loved how you showed Hermione dealing with the fall out from the war, and how Severus had such a wonderful sense of humor. The epilogue was a brilliant stroke. Your Snape is by far one of my favorites. Your a fantastic writer and I look forward to your next piece. Great job!!!! Author's Response: Thank you! I'm glad you like the way I twisted Snape a bit for this fic. I tried to make him less angsty. | Very good and naughty. Just exactly what I needed today. Thank you. By the way, Snape is quite wise when he says he finds denial and distraction better than self realization and closure. Yey vote for denial. I lets you get done what you have to do.

| Like I guessed, it's an amazing ending to a great story. Epilogues are nice because they only describe a scene in the future letting readers fill the timespace in between.
Well then. I'm going to see if your next story has been posted yet.
As always, I can't wait to see what's going to happen.
