| Hello! I'm liking your sory so far, but for the Latin, I think the right would be Liber Libri (if you're using the meaning "aurguries' books"). Library or bookstore is libraria or librarium.

| The last bit was quite interesting, and the last quote amusing. The first portion, bah - it's set-up work, and reflects the inanity of this 'government', but isn't very compelling. Thankfully short, though I'd prefer to have seen more text in the chapter, if not any more on the decrees. Author's Response: Thanks! I'm glad you liked the chapter!
