| It didn't click to me when the description starts to describe Hermione in mourning clothes (or I got used to the idea that Severus kept wearing black that she adapted the style as well?). Even when the revelation that Harry is her deceased husband. I have to re-read again and again to absorbed this little detail.
I like this twisted alt ending. Though I prefer the happy ending (with Cerridwen), this complexity and raw passion especially the tingling anticipation makes me question my sanity but happy nonetheless. *Slow claps* Author's Response: Hello, munchiedi! | Wow, that was unexpected. I lighted the happy ending better, but i can totally understand when an idea pops into your head and demands to be written....you just have to write it. Author's Response: I'm glad you enjoyed the darker ending! The other is still my favorite,too! :) | |||

| That was deliciously dark and hot! Of course the alt ending doesn't fit as nicely with your A&A canon, which I am grateful for, but I do see that AU where a warped Harry would do as he did out of his (very badly) misplaced need to "help", and out of spite, and where a defeated Hermione would surrender to him that way out of her misplaced loyalty and her much less flexible sense of right and wrong (ironically). And of course, I'm loving how you took your time to reveal Harry and his death. Ron would have been the obvious answer but he just wouldn't have the motivation nor the stomach to do that to someone he truly loved. Sorry for rambling, I just read A&A and it's 5 in the morning now, and it just rocked my socks off. Author's Response: Hello, verzephyr. First of al, thank you for the lovely, long review. | I have to admit while I loved the writing for this, I prefer my happy endings so I am REALLY happy it wasn't the real ending for A&A. Author's Response: I prefer happy endings, too, Lightsun. :) | |||

| This didn't go the way I thought it was going to. I thought it was going to be Ron she'd stayed with and then when he was described so villainousness I thought maybe a reformed Draco, but Harry? You had such a positive Harry character in the other piece I had trouble reconciling the two. However, it was amazingly well written, snape's love and emotions was powerfully conveyed. I especially loved the imagery of how he felt while dancing with her. Have you written more things on other sites? I'd love to see more! Author's Response: Unfortunately, I haven't written anywhere else. I stumbled on Ashwinder's fan fic site, fell in love with the idea of pairing Snape and Hermione and wrote specifically to that particular fantasy. It seems that once I got that out of my system, I had no other stories left in me. If I'm every bitten by that sort of writing bug again, I'd definitely post here, though. :) | |||

| I just re read Augury & Ardor and it's still a most beautiful fiction I've ever read about Hermione and Severus (yes dark part too). I found this and read it to my great surprise and pleasure. I just love the way you get them to interaction and the passion is so real it left me trembled.
