How sad. It is firghtening that she met Sev on the stairs, and his father dying is sad, but his reaction to it is very in character but harslhly sad. Too bad he Oblivated Hermione, but hen he'd have to, wouldn't he. Problem persists, Hermine's parents saw him, knew he was there. One description and she'd fill in the blanks - she'd bumped into Professor Snape. |

Wow. What an ending...I certainly wasn't expecting THAT! Well done. Too bad you can't write a sequel; Hermione wouldn't remember anything, anyway. Good ficlet! |

I agree with LadyTuesday on "although I desperately wished that he hadn't Obliviated her at the end (I am a hopeless romantic and wanted to see more)" this part, but it was very cute story, I liked it a lot. |

Well done! I thought it was a touching story and although I desperately wished that he hadn't Obliviated her at the end (I am a hopeless romantic and wanted to see more), I thought that it was the exact choice that Snape would have made. Brilliantly done. Bravo. |

Very good insight into parent / children relationships...it almost seemed real! Thanks |

I suppose an Obliviate is better than an Avada, Hermione should be grateful - it could have been a lot worse. Although I don't think Snape would do that to her. He can't be all bad after all.
Author's Response: "He can't be all bad after all" is exactly what I was trying to show. Thanks for reading! |

I really like this. Of course, you can se the obliviate coming, but so what? It's a great story and very moving.
Author's Response: Thank you seachange! |

Wow! Great insight into parents/children.
Author's Response: Thanks! Lucky for me it isn't reflective of my relationship with my parents but what I've observed.q
