Terrific story - would love to read more by you - hope that you are still writing. Would love to see you write more love scenes.....I really enjoyed the plot an impetus that defined why people did / do what they did/do. Well - done!

Very original story - the whole Soulstriking process is very inventive and, should you ever decide to write a sequel, would suggest a lot of interesting complications. The verse in between the name cyphers might also yield some intriguing elements - it sounds a bit like an unsolved riddle all in itself. And is everybody accounted for, all Soulstruck bodies, etc.? What about all those jars that Fudge took away from the failed experiments? I really appreciated the discretion in your use of, shall we say citrus?, but I agree that there could be much more discussion between Hermione and Severus of how they got into this in the first place and what impact that has on their relationship. There are issues here that are definitely worth exploring in more depth. Nice job and well written!

Very good, and more importantly, very original. However, there are a few issues that I feel could have been resolved. For example, Severus was furious at Hermione giving him the potion as well as herself. They had had a row and never worked it out. I think you should have dwelt on how they resigned themselves to it a bit more in the end. Also, given Minerva's affectionate greeting to Severus, couldn't it have been her to restore him? Why did that never occur to Hermione? At the very least I would have expected Severus to fling it in her face in a row. In general, some parts of the story were too short and neglected, but overall it was a very good story.

Great chapter! I figured out the funny names, but did not figure out to read the poem vertically.

So far, so good. The initial plot assumptions are either a bit shaky, or very scary. Does the Order of the Phoenix have absolutely no power that they could have rescued Severus? Your description of a post-Voldemort world makes it seem like things aren't too much better -- just replacing Voldemort with an out-of-control Ministry of Magic. Looking forward to seeing how Hermione can come to love what is right now basically a zombie!

OH I Love It Already!!!!!!!!! I was a little wary on the name thing, but I think Grim is perfectly suited.
