| This is lovely...sad, but lovely all the same. Still, I hope that you'll consider writing a sequel -- one in which, perhaps, Severus and Hermione find a way to patch things up again. This story is especially tragic, I feel, because Severus's actions have potentially put Hermione on the path to becoming just like him -- the sort of person who pushes other people away or keeps them at a distance -- and potentially doing exactly the same thing to Blaise that Severus has done to her. I think one of the reasons why people seek happy endings in fiction is because they seem to occur so seldom in real life. Knowing as I unfortunately do what it's like to be in Hermione's position -- swearing that you'll never let yourself fall in love again -- I hope that she can still have what she really wants. | |||

| That's a sad one. Will there be a sequel? I'm sure he could intimidate Blaise just enough to get him out of the picture for an evening.... Author's Response: Good question. I actually planned on writing a sequel... But I'm not so much into HG/SS right now, sad as it is, I focus on other pairings. So I don't know. At some point probably but not right now. Author's Response: I'm sorry to disappoint you, but if you look for longer stories, I'm definitely NOT the writer you should read. I like one-shots, I like non-happy-endings, and above all, I'm not English, that's why my stories are even shorter. I like working with atmosphere, not so much with words.
