| Wow, I really wasn't expecting this. I figured he was holding as much of a grudge as ever against Snape, but I can't believe he would hurt Hermione like that. Maybe if he was convinced Snape was evil incarnate, he felt he would be doing her a favor by trying to pull her away from him? But even then, would he really be crazy enough to attack someone he'd worked with in the Order? Gah, I'm so disappointed in Moody for having gotten to this state! As for me, I had continued to suspect either one of the Malfoys or an "associate" of theirs because I tend not to believe a word that comes out of any Malfoy's mouth... but maybe that's just me, Slytherin to the core and not wanting to trust anyone! What a strange situation all around. Author's Response: The funny thing is, I really like Moody in the books. But I needed someone who started with an M that no one would suspect. | okay I had no clue who the bad guy was. I was convinced it was the ferret. I still like reading mysteries even if my powers of deduction suck. I know I have told you before, but I'll say it again. I really like how you have brought both SS & HG alive. Excellent writing. Im going to pop ahead to the next chapter now!! | |||

| I had a feeling that it was Moody but I had pushed the thought away after Snape finished telling Hermoine about the trial. I can't wait to see what Moody has in store for them. | |||
