| Beautifully written fiction. One of my favorite HG/SS fantasies has Hermione receiving a mirror image of Severus' dark mark when Voldemort is killed; so, I really, really enjoyed your telling of markings being shared very much. Great storyline!!! :D | |||

| Re-reading, I had a surreal moment in which I wondered why Severus and Hermione would need to buy 12 Grimmauld Place from the Dursleys, and then the next paragraph explained that Harry was killed, so presumably his property would go to his next of kin. Yech. But he always knew he was a Marked Man, so wouldn't he have had a will, in which he'd have left his house to anyone but those awful people? And would magical property even be transferrable to Muggles? Just the sort of questions that race through my OCD mind. It's still a wonderful story, though. Good job! | |||

| Interesting. At no other point in the piece do you indicate that it's being told from a child's POV. Author's Response: I suppose the point was that Hermione was really telling the story, but her and Severus' child was the one who had memorized it, and (possibly) peformed it. As a theatre nerd, I love performing first person monologues, and then explaining them. | |||
