25 House Points to the House of your residence, or you may donate to another House that could use a boost.
(And I happen to agree about Gerard Butler--Mmmmm<*drools*>)
And yes, forgot to mention that the title line is also one of my favorites.

Beautiful. (Although a bit fluffy.) I really like the metaphor/imagry of the title line. |

Oh, my God--Beautiful, tragic, *PERFECT*!
Oh, the imagery! Wow!
I find it hard to pick a favorite line, though I can try...
"I made so many choices long ago,
when I was young with thoughts aflame with ire.
I can’t erase those choices even though
they kill the dreams to which I now aspire."
Oooooh, angsty!
"She tells me in her heart I’ll find a home.
Can it be true that I am not alone?"
House points if you can tell me what the following's from, but it just sounded so *apropos*...
--"It's in your soul that true distortion lies...
Pitiful creature of darkness . . .
What kind of life have you known . . .?
God give me courage to show you
you are not
alone . . .
The entirety of "Hermione Watches" just breaks my heart!
And the last two are just beautiful reflections upon the characters and their relationship--Impossible to pick a favorite line!

Author's Response: How many housepoints do I get for knowing the answer if Phantom of the Opera? *Gerard Butler....rowr...* I'm glad you liked it - thanks for letting me know. |

My, those are wonderful!
I've never before read FF-poetry, firmly believing I'd not like it -- I' never guessed that I could like HP-FFs at all, for that matter, until I stumbled over Ashwinder.
But your sonnets are very sweet, enchanting and endearing, and I fully intend to wear a smile all day just for remembering them. You've done great work.
Thanks for making reading FF worthwhile!
Author's Response: What a nice review! I'm glad you enjoyed them - and thank you for reading them. |

These are lovely ... and they make me crave more of "Finding His Voice". :-D Hope you are doing well, and thanks for sharing this. Best, Sophie
Author's Response: It's coming, I promise! It's written in my head, it's just a matter of finding the time to actually type it out! |

Aw. I love these. I especially love your title line--"like moonlight wears the nights." That's so clever, and so poetic. I also love the couplet at the end of that same sonnet--it's so true, and so well-phrased. Nicely done.
Author's Response: That's my favorite end couplet too - LOL. Thanks for letting me know you enjoyed them! |

Glorious. Angst, redemption, love, loneliness, and life, all rolled into these gorgeous sonnets. You've done some lovely work here, Michmak!
Author's Response: Thank you - I was trying to tell a short story with the sonnets and I hope I succeeded. |
