I should have known that I was going to end up upset when there wasn't a next chapter...this was amazing and well thought out. |

So sad, I was crying at the end, I really do hope that they survive the battle. This fic was written brilliantly and is one of my favourites because it is really emotional and believable. Well done. |

What a terrific story! A new favorite, and I once again praise 'Random' for throwing 'new' old fics to the tope for us to discover. Thank you for having written this. |

Wow! How did I miss this one? "Severus held himself still as she worked her way down the dozen buttons that fastened the front of his frock coat." You are observant, my dear: there are indeed twelve buttons down his frock coat. The Harry Potter exhibit came to a local museum a few years ago, and Snape's (and Slughorn's, but who cares about his) costumes were displayed in the Potions part of the exhibit. Good call--and good chapter! |

Oh that's just cruel!! It was a lovely story, but I do wish you'd kept going. My lousy imagination isn't able to give this story justice in continuing it, lol |

I bet a lot of readers would have preferred to find out what happened with them from you instead of imagining themselves :))
At the end I had tears in my eyes, the moment so intense. Hope they survived and so their love! Thank you! |

Hello. This is tantalizing and emoting. I wasn't expecting it to go into all this sweet yet determined awkwardness. And I love that it is all from his perspective.
Right now my worry is that we won't know what happens after the battle, but even that can be handled right, and this is showing every potential of being enjoyable and thoughtful. Thank you for this. I expect it to become one of my favorites. :) |
